Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic, whole-body approach to nutrition and lifestyle that focuses on the underlying causes of health issues rather than just addressing the symptoms.  It looks at a person's diet, lifestyle and environment to create individualised nutrition plans that can help support chronic diseases, improve digestion, balance hormones, and optimise overall health.

There are many positive outcomes to having Nutritional Therapy, clients often feel a marked improvement in their overall health when improving their diet and lifestyle and this in turn can reduce their risk of long term chronic illnesses such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

If you are missing a spring in your step and have lost sight of your health or feel it slowly edging away from you, this is where I come in!  My aim is address the potential root cause of your health problem and then give you a nutritional plan and lifestyle tips to help improve and support your symptoms. 

By working together using a variety of tools including functional testing and using the latest scientific research,  I can help motivate and educated you towards goals that will ultimately help you to feel more energetic, balanced and looking better than ever. Whether you need help with hormone imbalances, energy, weight gain, anxiety, low mood or skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis or acne, or just general healthy ageing and wellbeing, I'm here to help. I have a particular interest in women's health.
I am based in the village of Almondsbury, Bristol and offer one to one appointments either in clinic or online.
